We absolutely loved our experience working with Dev on the purchase of our first home. Since we were moving from out of state, we did virtual showings with Dev, and he gave us his honest opinions and recommendations. Once we saw our house in person, it was exactly how it looked on the virtual showing!

Dev was so patient with all of our first-time-buyer questions, and our entire process was very smooth. We would highly recommend working with Dev if you are looking to buy/sell!

As a first-time home buyer, the process can be extremely intimidating and confusing, but Dev was a great partner in finding me and my wife an incredible first home. We were based out of state which can make things tricky, but Dev was incredibly responsive and quick to act on getting us in for virtual showings. I couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Dev and couldn't give a stronger recommendation for those looking for a realtor in the Baltimore area!

Devin Robinson has to be the one of the best realtor there is. We were worried we’d never find a house in this market with our first realtor so we parted ways but Devin made what seemed impossible, realistic!! We were automatically set up(via email) to see new properties as soon as they hit the market. Devin did not waste time, as soon as we made him aware of a house we wanted to tour, he got back to us with an appointment time within the hour. That’s how we found the house we eventually purchased. It was listed at 8am, I asked Devin for a tour at 8am and we were at the house at noon. He worked with the loan office immediately and we had an offer on the house at 1pm and now we call that place home. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor.
