Nkechi did an amazing job in assisting my husband and I in the sale of our home. She was always available, very easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and was able to assist us in accepting an offer in less than one week! There were some hiccups along the way in preparing the home for sale and without Nkechi's help we would not have known what to do. Thank goodness she was there to help! Nkechi was simply amazing! She was thorough, well-informed, and patient in helping us to navigate some nuances and complexities in selling our home- the presence of an existing tenant, considering the need for repairs and renovations, and identifying a contractor. Needless to say she was top-notch in her market analysis, organized in her paperwork and knowledge of requirements, balanced in her presentation of options, and refined in her recommendations. On a personal note, my wife and I are both professionals and type-A personalities but Nkechi has a calm and collected demeanor, was a fantastic communicator, and expertly provided both an overall strategy and key details along the way. Ms.Nkechi has helped us sell our house which has been on the market for awhile she was fast and swift with it and I’m sure many more of you out there wants someone who handles they job fast and neat, I would like to thank Nkechi for helping me and my family sell the house and I’m sure the new owners are also glade that they got a big house.

My family and I cannot express how grateful we are to Ms. Nkechi and her team. Going above and beyond is an understatement.
