Tabitha was so professional and patient with me in my search for a property to house several businesses. She and I have been on this journey for some time.
I feel it was well worth the wait because we were blessed with the "Best" property for its intended use. We had fun, laughed and did some drive byes on many occasions. We toured so..... many properties. Both of us remained optimistic, and knew that the right property fulfilling my wish list would eventually become available, and it did! Tabitha imparted so much information and was excellent in her assessment of what to look for in comps, remodels, etc. I learned a lot and appreciate all of the sharing and teaching moments. Although this was our 3rd purchase, it was our 1st commercial, and many things were different. I am so grateful for Tabitha's assistance, support, real estate knowledge and the mere opportunity to work with her (my friend) on this level. Our perseverance paid off!!! You are the absolute best!!!

I was very impress with Tabitha for her dress code very professional patience soft spoken with a smile .I had no knowledge of the process selling a home but she helped me with everything including pulling up forms on the internet and signing them She was a blessing to me when you are over 70 young people don` t have patience with you anymore I truly thank God for Tabita She was the BEST.I highly recommend her to anyone that needs help in selling their home

Well let me tell yah it was quite an experience! I wanted to give up so many times. But Ms. Tabitha wouldn't let me! Lol
Her drive is amazing if she hadn't of pushed I would have missed out on what God truly had in store for me! She made sure I was treated fairly even though the process was a nightmare! Lol Patience is definitely a virtue! I could hear her now saying we almost there Ms. Tonda in her New York tone! It was amazing and she held it down! You selling she'll have out in a week! Lol She is definitely a sure fire hit! Thanks Tabitha! Love yah!

Tabitha was very professional and very knowledgeable about all that I needed,she was honest and upfront with what I needed and wanted. She addressed me desires compassion and efficient to the point where I received above and beyond what I was expecting. The bottom lines is if you’re looking for someone to trust and will work towards you getting the most out of your process. She’s the one an I’ve dealt with many but no one has come close to doing the job that she does.

Tabitha came in a clutch! Our home had already been on the market with another realtor for months with no success, very little marketing and barely any showings. She quickly turned things around once onboard! We had more showings in the first week with her than we had all the months it had previously been on the market. Tabitha is very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to clearly guide us through the process. We received multiple offers, even while on the market over the winter months and holidays. Now our first home is sold and will be closing on our new home soon thanks to Tabitha!

Tabitha Richardson is hands down, the BEST realtor that I have ever worked with! She's very professional and extremely knowledgeable in all things regarding real estate. Calls/emails/text messages were always answered promptly. She helped me and my husband find a new home, and she helped us sell a rental property. For the rental property, she recommended a contractor to update the property and offered ideas of what upgrades to do to make the property beautiful - I had several offers within 1 week of being on the market and poof, it was SOLD!! Be sure to tell your family and friends about her, I Do!!!

First of all I don’t even know where to start. Tabitha came into our lives through our amazing Lender Charles Wilson at Home Legacy, he introduced us to her and that’s when the magic started. Upon meeting her in person she called us to introduce her self and give a brief background of herself and also for us to share where we currently were with purchasing our first home. We had so much frustration and was about to give up on the process and she literally saved the day. She took us out and showed us any home we wanted to see and she also recommended homes based on our taste as well which was awesome! She is extremely knowledgable and thorough! She even has a informative book to help guide you to the right steps to becoming a home owner. She always has a pleasant attitude and is truly a sweet heart. She has stole our hearts and is apart of the family, that’s how much we adore her. She made the deal happen for us and got the job done seamlessly, and most importantly closing was a breeze!
