We needed a reliable realtor with superior customer service skills, and Kristin more than delivered! We fell in love with our home early in the buying process and purchased it In late January. To add to the complication, we would not be in the area until late March. Also, because his new home had carpets, we had a three-year-old and two cats. we decided to use the extra time to have the carpet replaced with LVP.
The original plan was to fly to Dupont and coordinate everything myself, but this was unnecessary. Kristen was a lifesaver! She Led the project herself and recommended A great vendor; she was our "eyes and ears" while we were not on the ground. Kristen was highly interactive -During the entire process. Using multiple Zoom calls, she showed us possible flooring that would match perfectly with The existing Color scheme, and after we picked, she sent us updates and let us see the final project. She kept us in line when selections could jeopardize our long-term goal of turning the home into a long-term rental after we PCs to our next assignment. Our floors turned out amazing! Kristen was essential not only in finding a home we love but a future investment for our family. We could not recommend any business professional any higher as she set the standard!

Kristin was an absolute dream, every step of the way, in what ended up being an 18-month process to get my home sold. From the start, she knew we would have an uphill battle, due to things that were beyond our control, and she was determined to get us across the finish line. I am now out of state in Texas, and Kristin stepped in whenever she was needed - from supervising painters and staging to keeping up with landscaping, and checking on why the water was randomly turned off at the property.
