Sue Larsen had been taking us to a couple of different houses in the Lacey Olympia area. My wife saw a listing on the web on Wednesday night. We called Sue at 8:30 on Thursday morning. Sue made arrangements for us to see the house at 11:30. Ginny read the description to me as we drove to Lacey. It occurred to us that this particular house was not going to be on the market very long. Sue Larsen was always available to help us. She met us at the house and after our tour we went out to lunch. Upon reflecting on our discovery of this incredible house we made an offer. By hook and by crook our offer was accepted and we are moving in on Tuesday. If we had not had the excellent partnership of Sue Larsen and her years of experience this house would not now be our home. Here is our story. We contacted Sue on a Friday afternoon, Sunday she came by to view our home with a cost analysts worksheet. Things started moving quickly on our schedule. In two and a half weeks we hit the market running, close to twenty showings in four day's, entertaining offers on the evening of the fourth. We were very impressed with Sue's professional personalized service from the beginning of our interaction. She provided near instant response to all questions, provided information and guidance on areas unknown to us. Sue Larsen is absolutely AMAZING!!! I have previously purchased 3 homes but my most recent purchase with Sue has hands down been the best home buying experience. We currently purchased a home in a seller's market and Sue did everything she could to help us secure a great home. Sue is truly a professional who loves what she does and represents the best interests of her clients. She knows every aspect of Lacey and DuPont and she provided us with a list of pros/cons for each house we toured. I just sold our home in Maryland and wish I could clone her to help us with our sale in Maryland. There is nobody I trust more than her when it comes to real estate.
