Michael went above and beyond in helping us every step of the way. Any questions I had he answered in a very timely manner. He even sent us daily updates on the different styles of homes to look at. Mike was very diligent in working through a long and challenging sell process. He was supportive in attending inspection appointments and dealing with a tenant who was not always accomodative. Although we sold the home well below our initial asking, we ultimately were able to get the deal done.

Mike helped us buy our first home. I worked with a couple of realtors in different states, and out of all of them Mike was by far the most patient. He must have showed us 30+ homes and was always happy to do so. Never once made us feel like a burden.

He was also never pushy to close a deal. I never felt pressured to go with an offer or put In an offer with a home or a price I was unhappy with. I genuinely felt he was on our side, which is more than I can say about some of the other realtors I worked with. He acted ethically and with class the entire time.

Finally, i learned A LOT from Mike. Walking through the multitude of homes with him was almost like walking through homes with a GC. He has tremendous knowledge about not only real estate, but home repairs. In our walk thrus, he was able to point out many things that I as an inexperienced home buyer didn’t know or notice. His knowledge and attention to detail were excellent. Because I was able to learn a ton about home repairs, I was able to gain some level of confidence with every home as to exactly what i was potentially getting myself into. This was invaluable for me.

I would 100% recommend anyone to Mike, especially the first time home buyer. His patience, guidance and knowledge exude excellence and i would definitely use him again.

Mike went above and beyond to help us find our first home and really took the time to explain the process of home buying. We had worked with other realtors that did not even bother with sending us listings. He also gave us references for loan and attorney list which made the process even faster. Mike has shown me a multitude of properties over the past year and has been incredibly patient, even as I looked at some real fixer-uppers. He has given me some good tips and advice about homes in general and helped make sure everything went smoothly during my closing process.
