Words can not express how much I am grateful for this wonderful lady. I have rented my entire life and never really thought much of owning a home. In the past 2 years I was trying to find a home to rent that would accommodate my family of 4 and my elderly mom with no luck. Either everything was too expensive, in a terrible area if it wasn't or simply just wasn't what we needed. So, I started thinking maybe the best option was to buy. I had posted in a local group on facebook inquiring the process and got at least 30 realtors wanting to sell me a home. Barbie reached out to me with a completely different tone in comparison to the rest, she wasn't trying to sell me a home. She wanted to help.
And help she did. She helped with everything from finding me the right financial place in order to improve my credit, waited patiently until it was, answering any questions I had, walked me through the entire process. She kept in contact about every single thing. We looked at several homes until we walked into one I fell in love with immediately. When we put in my offer and it was accepted, she was joyous with me.
We just closed yesterday on my first home. I couldn't ask for a better person to have been by my side during the entire time. She isn't just my realtor, she is my friend. She laughed and cried along with me. I honestly believe God sent this woman to us during our time of need and I am forever thankful to her.

My wife and I had worked with other realtors before Barbie. Our experiences with other realtors were sub par, it was definitely a blessing finding Barbie. She really listened to our wants and needs. She carefully went through the options to weed out anything that was not a good fit as to not waste our time. We ended up putting an offer in on the first house she showed us. She was very knowledgeable and diligent on keeping in contact with us and checking in on us, even when she was out of town. She promptly answered any questions we had and was able to help motivate our lender to finish the paperwork on their side. Working with Barbie definitely decreased our stress level during our first home buying experience. I honestly don't think it could have gone any smoother, I cannot recommend Barbie enough.

Barbie was just amazing. She listened to all our needs for a building. She searched high and low to fulfill our requests. When we found the perfect location she worked hard to make regular phone calls between the banker, sellers realtor, insurance and anyone else we needed to connect with. If I ever had any questions Barbie was happy to answer them or find out the answers for me. She is very detail oriented and extremely prompt in her responses.
