Our home was a busy place for 27 years of enjoyment of watching our kids grow up, cooking over the fire pit, go to college, get jobs, and start families. The hallways and rooms became void of all the sounds of laughter and conversations as the kids had moved on. The house became a lot quieter and it was decided it was time to downsize and let a new younger couple come on scene with young ones in tow to take over the adventures that awaited them here. So, on the scene came Barbie Lange to help us with this process. She turned out to be a lot more than just a real estate agent, she quickly became our hero, angel, and go-to person. On top of that she brought calm and peace in to what could have been a very anxious and stressful task for us. She knew a guy to help with dumpsters for the throw away, a lawnscape group, and house cleaning group. People came and knew exactly what to do. Before long we had a country home ready to sell. Now it was time and she hung out the shingle “House For Sale”. She quickly got the word out that this house was now for sale. Because of her marketing savvy she was able to hang a new sign in just 8 days that said “SALE PENDING”. She made the walk through the paper work effortless for us. Barbie had it all setup that she emailed us the forms (called and explained them to us) and we digitally signed them faster than we could have with ink and pen. She explained everything in the offer-to-buy. Barbie was by with the listing and sale the whole way.
