Recomiendo a Norm al 100%. Teníamos planes en empezar el proceso de buscar casa para abril 2023. Y el nos explicó con detalle el pq teníamos q empezar en octubre 2022. Lo mejor de todo es que nos explico por qué la casa nos convenía. Y por qué otras no. Y siempre es muy honesto y nos decía esta casa no vale lo q piden. Si quieren honestidad al 100% con Norm tienes q hablar para la compra de tu próxima casa

It’s a pleasure and honor to write wholeheartedly to recommend Norm Hamilton as my real estate agent. I have known Norm for over 12 years. I was looking for a house to rent when we came into contact and he suggested and encouraged me to look into buying my own before paying for someone else’s mortgage.

He was very convincing and knowledgeable of what he was saying. Right there I was sold and I gave him a green to give it a shot. It wasn’t easy but he stood by me, never gave up, always encouraged me that it will be fined. And finally we closed on my first house just a street over.
After 12 years later he helped me again with my second house in July of this year. Thanks to his dedication and expertise , my experience with him was nothing but success
The moment I met Norm, without an iota of doubt I knew I was in awesome hands. He took his time to understand my specific needs and goals and provided valuable advice and guidance there on onwards. I like the fact that he listened attentively and provided answers to my questions and concerns in timely and professional manner.

He does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client.

I can’t say enough about Norm Hamilton, I wish I knew much earlier.

We sold and Purchased a home in less then 2 months, Norm helped in every way possible to make this transaction smoothly happen. He is very knowledgeable on every aspect of selling and purchasing a home especially in this fast paced house market.
