I recently had the privilege to work with Brittany Ulrich of NextHome South Sound when selling my investment rental property. I had just finished selling my primary home and purchasing my forever home with another real estate firm and did not have a good experience. Brittany was recommended to me by a friend as a professional agent, and I’m so happy we connected. My rental home needed some significant repairs to get it ready for listing. Brittany is the best realtor we have worked with. During our PCS, we had many realtors reach out but we were unsatisfied with all with the exception of Brittany. She was not too pushy- just the right amount, respected all of our desires in a home - never insulting us or telling us that what we wanted was unrealistic.
