I cannot say enough good things about Michelle. My husband and I came very close to putting our house on the market 2 times within 18 months only to pull the plug at the last minute, until the 3rd time, when we went through with it. Throughout Michelle was incredibly patient and reassuring, answering all of our questions - often multiple times - and bringing eternal good cheer to the whole process. At the end of the day, it went on the market and sold in about a week! I honestly cannot recommend Michelle enough. She knows the area and the market, and her work ethic is superb. We are so grateful we met her and that she was on our team.

After going into contract on our house she contacted inspectors, lawyers and maintenance ppl immediately for us to use and were reliable! Michelle definitely went above and beyond not just helping us find the perfect house she also went through each process until the end including closing! In a few weeks she will also help us sell our previous house!
