My situation was not only the first home I've ever had to sell, but it was also my Parents' home that we had to sell after dealing with my Father's passing and my Mom no longer being able to live on her own. Brian was able to make the entire process extremely easy during an obviously stressful time. Him and NextHome offered great real estate lawyers that worked with us throughout the entire process, as well; making the legal side of this a breeze. I can't emphasize enough how Brian went well above and beyond in his role with honest advice on matters that confused me, with providing great communication between all Parties involved, and all while making a closing happen in under 60 days. At the end of the day, my Family and I feel very fortunate to have been able to have Brian and his NextHome Team there to help navigate us through these new and tedious real estate waters and I'm very thankful for that. I also now know who we'll use when my Wife and I ever need to sell our house and purchase another.

Evelyn was wonderful to work with. The idea of purchasing our first home was very intimidating and scary for us, but Evelyn always made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. What we thought would be a pleasant sale of our home turned into a nightmare. The purchasers realstor of our house was a total and complete nightmare. Thankfully, we had Kim as our realtor! She guided us through the sale and closing despite the nastiness of her counterpart. She went above and beyond what was necessary to make the entire experience as pleasant and as efficient as possible.
