"Kelly helped us purchase our home in Bucksport from out of state. Her knowledge of the area and her connections to contractors, inspectors, lenders, etc made her a wonderful asset to have on our team. In our absence, she was happy to do video tours for us, showed up on our behalf for inspections and the final walkthrough, was easy to get ahold of, and educated us on things specific to Maine housing and the market and towns up here. She really went to bat for us at the negotiation table, and kept us well informed at every turn. On top of all that, she was just so much fun fun and such a joy to work with! We are forever grateful for her professional help all throughout the process of being out of state buyers and we couldn't be more thrilled with the result. Kelly was absolutely amazing! We were moving from Tennessee to Bangor and she couldn’t have made the move easier. We were able to tour a few houses in person but the ones we couldn’t she took detailed video tours of and shared them with us. She was quick to respond to any questions along the way and went above and beyond to help us get up to Maine from Tennessee. I would recommend Kelly to anyone!

Bought a home in Holden Maine 2023.

Kelly was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. She was very proactive. She even arranged to have money paid to me, the buyer at closing. She arranged to have many things to be done, like checking the well, and adding a heat pump to my new home at no expense to me. Additionally, she was aware and caring enough to know that I wanted the property and had me put in a backup offer after the original offer was declined and another buyer expressed an interest and eventually backed out. Very nice. Very professional.

I met Kelly when I requested a realtor to view the home I ultimately bought. With her experience and advice on how much to offer on this home knowing there would be multiple offers, I was very happy the seller accepted my offer. When the inspection was done and revealed some defects, she advised me on how much compensation would be fair for the seller and myself. On the final walk through when another defect was discovered which was not obvious previously, Kelly suggested a fair compensation which was accepted by the seller at closing . She was prompt in returning my phone calls and text messages. So yes I highly recommend Kelly.

Kelly was great! We had the challenge of selling our current home and buying a new one in this challenging market. The home I was selling was under contract within 4 days of listing with multiple offers. She was always positive and upbeat and reassured us we would find a new home in time and we did! Working with Kelly was such a great experience. she completely understood our wants and needs and did an excellent job sending us perfect listings. She went all over the state and got us into our awesome dream home. In addition she came armed with excellent recommendations for all of the additional services needed to complete a home purchase. She was available for any questions we had and steered us right. It was a total fluke that we met Kelly and wound up working with her, but I can honestly say that she was exactly what we needed to take us through the overwhelming and confusing process of buying a house. 10 out of 10. I couldn’t imagine doing this any other way. Highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed with Kelly. Our house was a very difficult one to sell and a very difficult other realtor. Kelly basically did her job, plus the sellers realtor. Her professionalism with all of the working parts was astounding to watch. She knows her stuff, in and out and will fight for you!! We hardly had to do anything at all with as much was going on. Kelly takes her job very seriously and understands that these are peoples homes that they want to live in. She treats people like they are humans, even the ones that are difficult to work with - which I admire. I plan to use Kelly for any other property we buy and would recommender her 10 out of 5 starts!!

Kelly is pure GOLD! If you have a chance to work with her jump on that chance, you won’t regret it! Kelly asks lots of questions to help her find the right house for you. Then she doesn’t stop looking or using any means to find it. We found the place, but it was such a convoluted, twisted, messed up deal -and Kelly straightened it out, kept everything on track, and kept everyone calm and working to make the deal go through. The selling agent was non-responsive, the sellers were dead so we had to work with a trustee, we included some property that originally wasn’t for sale, the first appraisal was done by someone who appraised it way, way lower than its value, the second appraisal came in over the selling price and didn’t even include the second home or commercial building, the first lender only could write mortgages for turn key properties, and the second lender got the deal done in 2 weeks! And Kelly was the point person for all the issues, had solutions for everything, made all the right decisions to make the deal happen, made sure everything was above the board, clear, concise, manageable, and easy. She calls back, texts back, emails and will even send a carrier pigeon if necessary! She will make sure you get the best deal on the HOME that is right for you. She will become a friend. If I ever buy another property, the only person I’ll work with is Kelly Parker Peavy.

Kelly was extremely helpful with our home buying process. We were first time home buyers so we didn't know exactly what we were looking for but she was always on top of things and was able to accommodate our crazy schedules. She was very honest with her opinions when we would ask which we very much appreciated. She made the whole process a lot less stressful for us. We now own a beautiful house in Etna ME. We would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a reliable and honest realtor.
