We became friends quickly, she’s a kind loving individual who cares about helping others. And a huge pet lover ??
I’ve done some photos for properties for her. I was impressed with how knowledgeable she is with what she wants for photographs.
I listen to her while she is speaking to her clients, they seem to be very happy with the interaction with her.
I rarely recommend real estate agents to anybody because of what I do for a living ,I’m very picky, but I highly recommend Stacy.

Don, again, you and your staff have come through for me in stellar fashion. This is our third transaction together and every time 1 am impressed at your professionalism and commitment to your client. You shouldn't be selling real estate; you should be teaching others how to do it correctly. In the last couple of years, I did a couple of transactions and didn't use you and, to tell you the truth, I regret not using your services. The comparison between other, so-called "professionals" and you is like night and day. Again, you went to bat for me on a price and commission reduction to your possible detriment. As such, I enclose a check to make up for your loss of commission. I've also included the lost commission from the other realtors as I feel you earned it more than they did.
I have to congratulate Eddie and the rest of your staff for how they handled this. Everybody seemed enthusiastic and committed to getting the job done right and on time. The systems you have in place and the checks and balances virtually ensure a trouble-free deal. Well done! I've included a little extra in your check. Please send these kind folks off to a nice dinner on me.
I have dealt with realtors my whole life as my father sold real estate. I have bought and sold several houses and have helped other people in their transactions. I have worked with countless realtors while looking for property, dropping in for open houses, and actual hands-on transactions. I have yet to earn: anybody with the style, politeness, thoroughness, professionalism and care that you bring to the industry.
You want a reference? You can have anybody, anytime, call me and I'll be happy to let them know they could be doing a lot worse than engaging your team.

Stacia was available on evenings, weekends, anytime you name it....she was always available to prepare pre-approval letters so we can turn around and quickly put in offers on homes. This greatly helped us be competitive and make offers quickly in the crazy Seattle market. I can't recommend Stacia and her team enough.

We've had excellent experiences working with Corey to both purchase and sell homes. He has great communication skills, is incredibly professional and timely, and is all in for his clients. Corey goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a Realtor. When selling a home for us recently, he cleaned up the yard when our landscaper was a no-show and we had to prep the house for a showing. After our most recent home purchase, he helped us contact a trade that was out fixing some issues in the home prior to closing and didn't finish the work properly. Although the home was closed and he had no obligation to contact a company that had only communicated with the seller's agent all along, Corey worked diligently to ensure we were not charged by this company to fix a mess they left behind while working for the seller.

It is evident he values his relationships with his clients and he counts on repeat business and referrals. He's a smart business man and a trustworthy human being. I've never recommended a Realtor before and I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Corey Lott.
