Ashley is a champion at this game. Closing at the beginning of 2022 was the fourth time that she has helped me close on a house or refinanced. Buying a house or refinancing one is neither a simple or straight forward process. It may look to be on paper, but being self employed there can be many pits and snags that can pop up during the process. Ashley knows the landscape very well and has guided me out of the thicket, and once the signing was completed, it felt like a victory.
