Bret did a miraculous job in dealing with a very complex purchase. My wife and were needing to combine households with my parents due to growing senior care needs. We also have a vision to utilize our new purchase for a greater cause.

Im not a young person. That means that computers and I do not always work together. Brett was very understanding about this and helped me through all of it. He has a sense of humor that kept me from pulling my hair out. He explained everything to me and that helped alot. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone. There is not enough space to write how much Brett helped me out. Since day 1 I’m starting the process Mr. Carmen assisted me in everything possible, everything was submitted electronically for my convenience. I did not have a realtor but Mr. Carmen was my advocate! This is my second time purchasing a house, but this process was smoother than buying a car.

This is the second time I have worked with Brett now. The first was for my purchasing of my home and the second was to refinance. He makes the process as easy as possible, especially when you are not sure what your best options are. He wasn't pushy and did not make you feel like you were obligated to do anything. He seemed to do everything within his power to get you the best deal and discounts and help things go as smooth as possible. I had to continue my review because I forgot to add how quickly he was able to get our loan closed (less than 30 days!!) He also gave us a 1st Responder Credit that went towards our down payment (for my husband being an officer) and the biggest blessing of them all was the fact that he talked the seller into lowering the sales price by $10,000!!! Talk about awesome!! We were so blessed to have met Brett!!
