We had a complicated buy and nothing compounded that more than the City of Modesto, not to mention the corporate mindset of Chicago Title. In the days of people/company’s only wanting to do the minimum and/or just what they are contracted to do Joshua stands out/apart, his sol job was to get us the loan but found myself leaning on him because of his legal background (knowledge) and because he was polite enough to make himself available (always responded). In short, Joshua is a “go-getter” and follows through to accomplish his goals; am happy to recommend him!

I don’t normally write reviews because they are time consuming. I had a bad experience with my previous mortgage company which I got rid of. Called josh and asked him if he could meet the deadline I believe it was less than 30 days and the rest is history. He met the closing date just like he said he would. Answered all my questions. If he didn’t know the answer he would literally say I don’t know NO BS. From my point of view he got me from a to b very fast. I really would recommend him as he made this process very simple for this first time home buyer. Thanks for making it hassle free and doing your job unlike the “other” company. My family thanks you.
