Louisa was knowledgeable, attentive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. She helped us sell our home that was challenging due to us also buying a home through a for sale by owner. That owner was very difficult to work with and created numerous escrow issues. Louisa was very patient and went above and beyond in assisting us to try and make the whole experience easier.
