Jamie is fabulous. I have been working with her for a year and a half to find the perfect home and she has been great. As a first time home buyer, I have had a lot of questions and Jamie always has the answers and is so responsive. She also has a wide network of connections that she can recommend to help with all things home buying. To say Morgan is professional is an understatement. She went above and beyond to make sure every facet of our home buying process was not only easy, but fun! Morgan made sure we knew what was going on at every step of the way while our home was being built (we went with a new build). She not only checked on things for us, but she was there for inspections/appointments for the days we couldn’t be there due to work. Morgan is meticulous with her work, making sure the builder and the mortgage lenders had everything covered, even point out things we may have missed or didn’t know/understand to keep an eye out for. She not only treats you as a client, she treats you like a friend or a family member. Morgan is wonderful to work with, and I will most definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

Absolutely adore Jamie, she held strong with me through the 4 months it took me to find my perfect home when I was buying my first house. She brings good vibes and sunshine where ever she goes. So naturally when it came time to look for a new home for my parents, Jamie was my only phone call. She always makes the buying process so effort less and really cares more that she puts you in the house you want than any other factor.

If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! I have bought and sold several homes with different realtors and Caitlin has been the best I’ve ever worked with. She knows the area and the market well, and she is an incredibly hard worker. Her experience with real estate shows as she made our side of the process as smooth and painless as was possible. She is very personable and was always easy to contact with any questions.
I cannot think of something she could’ve done better as our realtor. I would recommend her to family, friends, and coworkers. Anyone who wants a friendly, reachable, and expert realtor who will fight for their interests needs to use Caitlin.

Our family was in town for a school tour trip to find a good fit in a HS for our 3 girls - we were given Jamies card and from the moment i called Jamie it was on point. Moving from Florida left us with some obvious obstaclaes but Jamie led us and guided with her team (Annette and our Lisa for our mortgage needs) every step of the way with ease. We are a bit high strung to say the least and had some questions having never actually stepped foot in our home before closing it was strange but Jamie went above and beyond to ensure things were as noted and more.
