Liz was awesome. My wife and I heard great things prior but we didn’t expect her dedication and caring as well. Liz showed us many homes and we put in four different offers. She walked us through what people were looking for and the best way to get our offer to be competitive. On our fourth bid, we finally broke through for our small slice of the American dream. Liz assisted with the sale of my house and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! I weighed my options as far as selling/renting and she never pressured me to lean to one or the other. Liz was able to accomplish the unthinkable. In less than a year we were able to sell my home and move into a new build. She used creative marketing techniques such as a short video and was able to sell our home during a holiday weekend. During our final walk through of our new home Liz was able to identify things that would have normally been missed. She went to bat for me to get the things I wanted in my new home and had our back 100%. Liz is knowledgeable in the housing market game which is something you need during these times.

When I first met Bob he told us he is only in the business for couple year, A wuss lol worry is he have Enough experience to sell my 55+ community, Home, he have learned a totally different thing to sell our house!! but guess what he learn fast and very polite every time I call he will return my call right away !!
