Garrett did great getting homes to look at with the specs i requested with price range and found one the first day that i liked and put a bid on. Garrett did such an amazing job helping us find the perfect home. We weren't sure where we wanted to be in Florida and he drove all over the state to show us houses (while we were in Minnesota selling our home). When we started getting close to the date of our MN sale, we spontaneously flew down and Garrett made sure to clear his schedule of most everything to help us find a home (and we did find it on that trip!) Every aspect of the cross country move was an absolute breeze because of him. The recommendations on how to navigate moving across the country were very helpful as well. I will recommend him to anyone I know that is thinking of moving to the state.

Andrew Bell, at NextHome Assurance Realty, is amazing! We moved from Northern Virginia and a realtor friend of mine recommended him for us. Al sold me my condo through Zillow, It was a great relationship from our 1st meeting.
