We have used Madelyn and Andrew for countless real estate deals. They are by far the best in Western North Carolina. They are always prompt and on point. They give you all the information you need to make a sound decision on purchasing a house. They are also always able to get you the best deal possible on a home. The level of knowledge and professionalism exceeds any real estate agent we have worked with before. Andrew and Madelyn were by far more knowledgeable and helpful than any of the other realtors we've worked with in the past. They can read inspection reports and provide valuable insights about what it would take to make repairs, the cost involved, remodel ideas, etc. They were super patient, quick to respond to our questions, and had contact info for anyone we would need to hire for repairs. The whole process felt surprisingly easeful.

Rebecca is a respectful, patient and honest realtor. I used her as my seller and buyer agent. As my selling agent she was patient and explained in detail the process and procedures, was not pushy and looked after my best interests.
As my buying agent she was patient in choosing and showing me different places and pointing out negatives and positives of each one to assist in my decision. Once a property came on the market I was interested in and knew would go quickly, she was out of town, however she arranged for another realtor to show the property to me. I would recommend and use Rebecca again if the need arises.

Can’t recommend Rebecca enough! She was so good to us. We bought 6 acres sight unseen from over 2,000 miles away with her help. She drove to the property, sent multiple videos and described the property to us in great detail. She even went downtown and showed us what the area looked like. We reached out to her in July of 2022 when we were getting ready to sell our house. She helped us every step of the way until we were finally ready to purchase in April of 2023.

Lynn was really amazing and patient . She checked in with us until we were ready to buy a home . This has been a rough time here in Asheville for home buying . During the ups and downs, the guessing at what it would take , we found a gem of a home . We got the location we wanted , a decent property, and a home I don’t need to repair. Thanks Lynn for doing this with me , my mom , my husband… all the extra stuff . We have our hone and we are happy!
