We worked with another realtor before them who was rude, uncomfortable with us being gay and frequently late, but from our initial interview with Lauren and MaryEllen, they created a rapport that was comfortable and made us feel like long time friends. They both have a great sense of humor which made looking at houses fun and amusing. We had a relatively low budget but this didn't bother them at all and they willingly and actively looked for houses that would fit our budget, wants and needs.
