As a first time home buyer with a baby on the way the last thing I wanted to deal with was the home buying process. The thought of going through the process at 8 months pregnant stressed me out. Lauren helped us sell my late sister's home in New Bedford. Her handling of preparing the house for sale, locating services to clean the home, remove household stuff and general preparations was excellent. We were able to sell the house for more than the listed price and only one weekend was required for showing the home.

This is the second time in the last few years that Jessica has helped me with purchasing a home. This time she also helped me sell my home. Dave worked with us over 2 years to find our dream home. It was a long process and it would have been easy to let us "settle" for something to be done but Dave did the opposite. He actively discouraged us from homes that he knew we would be settling for because we had been looking for so long. He knew us and our needs so well that when the perfect house came up, he got us in and was the difference in us getting the house of our dreams in negotiations. We can't believe this is our new home and we can't thank Dave enough!

Buying a house with Dave was a fantastic experience and we cannot say enough good things about his work. By all accounts, the market is extremely competitive right now and as first-time home buyers we needed a lot of guidance. Dave provided all the support we needed to get our reasonable offer accepted on an amazing house during what felt like an impossible time to buy. Honestly, we think hes a miracle worker. Having bought and renovated several homes himself, he was knowledgeable about every part of the process, including potential remodeling projects. He was patient with us and never pressured us, but when we saw a good opportunity he was ready to fire on all cylinders to secure us a great home.
