We could have never made the move from Washington State to Iowa without the help of Travis. He did virtual walk throughs for us before we could move, explained EVERYTHING to us as we were first time homebuyers, and made the entire process go so smoothly. I especially loved that Travis was so patient with me and so so kind as I am definitely the one that’s picky with houses! My husband and I have learned so much about the buying process and absolutely plan on using Travis for our future property purchases. Our move from Utah to Iowa would have been a nightmare without Travis. He went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly for us as first-time home buyers from searching to closing on our dream home. He was not only knowledgeable, attentive, and communicative but he is a genuine, honest, kind, good person who demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and neighbor-like friendliness. We underwent the entire process virtually and knew we could trust Travis entirely. He not only found the perfect home for our family, but helped us get settled and connected to the community by providing information and resources as well as dropping off a doormat, plant, and gift basket as soon as we arrived. I have family members who are realtors who have commented on how rare of a find it was and how lucky we got with Travis. Travis was AMAZING to work with! He was communicative, efficient, timely, kind, and helpful! Moving across the country without being able to do an on-site tour was stressful, but we were able to put our trust in Travis and the process went smoothly and professionally. Honestly, working with Travis was the easiest and best part of our cross country move. I couldn’t recommend him enough!!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would! On move in day he even met us and dropped off a gift and toys for my kids! 10/10!

Travis did a great job. Anyone who has made a long distance move knows how many little things fall to your real estate agent that you can't get to when you are on the other side of the country. Travis was with us every step of the way, even getting us an agent in Arizona to sell our current house!

There are not enough good things to say! We originally thought we didn’t need anyone since we were buying a new build… we were wrong!!! Both Libby and Travis are extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. They are up to date with policies and procedures and are 3 steps ahead on what needs to be done and by when. This is invaluable!! They made the process as seamless as possible and were available whenever we needed them. Without a doubt, Libby is the person you want by your side for this process! 10/10… would recommend!!
