When the decision was made to sell our 20 year old, almost 12 acre, built from the ground up in 2004, family home, we knew we needed a great realtor. Hard part was choosing the right one for us as we knew a handful. So we interviewed and determined that Tiffany was the right choice for us. She was wonderful in guiding us through just the right areas to “freshen” up. She turned us to a wonderful contractor who handled the major repairs and little by little we saw the old lady come back to life. When Tiffany shared her feeling on listing price, I laughed at her. I truly had my doubts. Instead, I trusted the process and the professional. She was spot on.
Our home was only live for five days when we received the most perfect contract. As of 6/26 our family home is now in the hands of another young couple, just starting out. No kids yet.
