I first contacted Narlene about 8 years ago to inquire about a couple of properties in the Pismo/ Grover beach area as my mother owned a home there. I am also a realtor, at that time in Las Vegas. We had that in common so we had a lot to talk about which led to us keeping in touch and throughout the years whenever I needed help for my mother finding a handyman, painter or vendor she was my go to source and very helpful in accommodating.
I now live in Florida so natural when my mother was ready to sell and move Narlene was the first call I made. She was very helpful in previewing our property and advising on all the things we should do to prepare the house to sell before we listed which made our property more attractive and pretty turn key for a new buyer.
Within the first few days of listing we had three offers and went into contract within a week and closed 30 days later!

Teri sold our house in 2026. I was not proud of it's condition upon inspection, but she had the connections to get repairs completed so quickly and with quality. She picked the paint color, staged it, and I think she might have rolled up her sleeves and cleaned up the house herself. I was so impressed with the open house traffic that got us three offers to choose from within days of being on the market. There were a lot of parties in play and she managed everyone's expectations with gracious communication and care. I was very happy to have put my trust in her for this big life transition.
