Jason was truly amazing. We are moving from out of state with 3 small children and he has gone above and beyond to help us in every single part of the process - and continues to do so. From meeting with us, showing us houses that we wanted to see (and even others that weren't on our radar), pointing out things that were wrong that we wouldn't have noticed or known about, he has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and friendly (our kids still ask about him). He helped us through the negotiations and even got us a better deal than we originally were asking. He is extremely knowledgeable about homes and always responds to any form of communication right away. I would 100% recommend Jason and his team without hesitation for anyone who is looking. Erika was nothing short of spectacular throughout the entire purchase process. There were issues with the bank and with the title company, Erika kept up the pressure on both entities' to resolve their multiple failures in customer service and internal processes. It was great working with Robert. He always had plenty of time to talk to us or answer any question we had. We felt very secure working with him and his office as he walked us through every step of the home selling process. I would recommend all first time home buyers or sellers to work with him because he knows the industry very well.
