Amie was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the process of purchasing our home! She was knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly thorough every step of the way. She always took the time to answer our questions and was often one step ahead, anticipating things we hadn’t even thought to ask.

Unfortunately, we encountered several roadblocks due to difficulties working with the seller’s agent. Through it all, Amie went above and beyond to help us navigate each situation. She handled every issue quickly, professionally, and with our best interests in mind.

We truly appreciate everything Amie did to help us through the process and get us into our new home. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Thank you so much, Amie, for all your hard work and for helping us find our home!

The wife and I highly recommend Chris for your real estate needs. Chris hung in there for a prolonged listing and was happy to talk fees and such when we finally closed. He even took care of a few loose ends post close so that I didn’t have to drive 4 hrs back to the unit.

We worked with Amie in the purchase of our new home. I could not recommend a better Realtor! She began by carefully, assessing our needs and wants, and provided many reasonable and appropriate choices. She was patient to allow us to let our needs and wants in a new home and area evolve as we looked at many properties. She was a faithful advocate for our decisions! Above all she is incredibly knowledgeable in her field, and we relied heavily on her expertise. We are now in a wonderful home ams getting ready to rely on her to sell the old one, and I so appreciate the Lord working through Amie to lead us there!

Chris was great at helping me find my next home! I highly recommend his services and will use him again for future moves.
For context, I was moving from out of state and as a first responder, had an erratic schedule. Chris also has experience understanding VA loans and working NavyFed, which helped me understand what to expect with buying my second home.

Chris worked with my schedule to meet, find homes that were in my budget, and do virtual showings. I strongly recommend him! He was easy to work with and adjusted to my needs and preferences while house hunting as soon as I informed him (and updated as necessary!) of what was important to me. He was also instrumental in helping me understand how to coordinate between selling my previous house and buying the next one.

Amie listed my flip property on a Thursday and by the following Sunday the home was under contract! The seller wanted a 45 day close and Amie suggested I ask for a higher earnest money deposit, which I did. The entire transaction went smoothly and she communicated with me throughout the process. I would recommend Amie for any of your real estate needs!

Selling My Blount Co Home 🏡

Amie Dodson is absolutely incredible! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Amie when we bought our home in Blount Co Tennessee in 2022. Now that work is taking us out of state, we worked with Amie again to sell our home in 2025.

Amie is incredibly personable and knowledgeable. She kept us up to date throughout the entire process and helped ease our anxiety on multiple occasions.

With her knowledge and expertise, Amie helped us to maximize the proceeds from selling our home. She also worked behind the scenes to help save us money at closing. Truly we could not be happier!

Thanks Amie for making this process as smooth as possible!
