Mary helped us buy our first out-of-state real estate investment property. She was extremely helpful whether it was negotiating with the seller agent, working with the inspector to get the home inspection done, or making sure the property was ready before closing. I don't think I would have been able to purchase a property without looking at it if it hadn't been for Mary's help and guidance. Samantha and Mike did a stellar job from marketing our home, to the closing. Great pics including exterior drone pictures with property lines overlayed. There were 11 very good offers with 7 being cash, no contingencies! The closing was seamless and I would highly recommend NextHome if your looking to sell or buy.

Samantha helped me to both sell and purchase my homes (closing on both same day). In this crazy market she was very knowledgeable, answering any and all questions we had promptly. She understood my sense of urgency and acted accordingly, having my house listed quicker than expected. Samantha exemplifies professionality, honesty and has a cool, calm confidence necessary for navigating home buying, as it is a stressful process. Mary is absolutely the best to work with! She helped my wife and I find our first home. In the crazy market of 2020-2021 looking at multiple homes and offering on a few, Mary never once let us down. We had almost given up hope trying to find the perfect home. We had stopped looking for a few weeks as we were getting unmotivated seeing how everything sold in a flash, Mary had not given up the search for us. She had found the perfect house that just hit the market, with everything we could ask for at the price point we wanted and got us in within the next day. We were the first ones in and offered, Mary quickly put together our offer the same day and it was accepted! Fast forward to 2023 Mary had just helped us secure our lot for our dream home. Words cannot describe how happy we are! Mary will reach out no matter the time, weekday or weekend she is there! She is the most honest and experienced realtor we have ever dealt with!
