I worked with Susi to sell my mothers beloved home. My moms house was 20 years loved and it was decorated to my mothers taste and included years of 'bricka brac" in one meeting with Susi we got an idea of how to properly stage the house for a successful showing. We ended up entertaining multiple offers in a very competitive sellers market. We listed the house on a Friday afternoon and accepted an offer less 72 hours later.
