Best agent ever! Very personable and knowlegable. Experienced some hipcups but Catalina was always calm and reassuring. My neighbor also used Catalina with same results. I could not recommend her more highly. Always communicated promptly and with kindness.
If you are looking to sell or buy I suggest you call Catalina!!! You will not be sorry.

Very courteous and professional! Catalina went right to work on preparing this listing. She had our home professionally photographed including a beautiful video via a drone. Our home was sold in two weeks! She is the best and works with you.

Catalina was wonderful! She listened to our wants and needs and gave us lots of information on the area and schools. Her website has also been a great resource to helping us make our decision. She did an excellent job communicating with us especially when we were still out of state. She was there for us right away whenever we had any questions. She was very patient with us as we kept going back and forth with our decision to buy an existing home or to build. We cant wait to finish our dream home. Thank you Catalina!!!

Catalina's understanding of local housing market trends, insightful stagging and prep suggestions, and extensive marketing were integral to the favorable, stress-free sale of my parents' home. Catalina provided me with several helpful, no-hassle referrals, consistently responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner, and ensured required paperwork was accurately completed. Generous with her time and expertise, Catalina detected and arrested a hot water heater gas leak, and installed a second lock box so that repairs could proceed without me (I Iive a couple of hours from the property). Capable, optimistic, and fair; thanks, Catalina!

Catalina was our buyers agent. She showed us various resale properties on one trip. Her expertise and knowledge of local properties and, specifically, of 55+ communities was very helpful. When we decided on a new build, her personal experience with that process proved invaluable to us!!!
Catalina provided the information regarding a major sales promotion that brought us back immediately to Florida to design a home in our selected community. She guided us through that process and shared her knowledge of design options important to this climate. (We are moving from NY.) She also advised us on our home inspection findings and accompanied us on the final inspection and closing.
Catalina was very responsive to all of our communications even though our closing itself ended up during a major holiday. She was very available to us on our trips to FL and stayed in touch with us throughout the process. We so appreciate her attention to detail and her concern to find and then build the right home for us!!

Catalina did an amazing job helping us find and buy our first home! From accommodating home tours in a very short notice when we were in FL (we bought from out of state), to every other step in the purchase process. She is friendly, flexible, very experienced and always on top. Answered all our questions, and made sure to keep up with us so we had all done by the dates needed. In the end, she made our home buying experience very smooth and well informed. If you are first home buyer like us, we recommend checking with her.
