Danny was instrumental in the selling of our home. He came to the house before we were ready to go on the market and gave us advice on areas of the home to fix up. He was available for open houses when we wanted. He then helped us purchase a new home. We found our forever home in three days. Danny was constantly engaged with the other realtor and was able to provide us with timely updates. We couldn't have done it without him!

He made the buying (and selling of my old house) process very easy for me. I had very specific requirements to what I needed in my next house and he made sure to find the property I needed within my budget. He goes out of his way to make sure I had what I needed from him! Danny did a wonderful job with the entire process. He genuinely cares for his clients and puts all of his effort towards finding what you want within your price range. Danny was the perfect fit for us buying our first hobby farm. He really had a lot of advice to offer and knew exactly what we were looking for since he has a hobby farm of his own. He educated us on the things first time buyers most likely don’t know and he even still checks in with us a week after closing to make sure we are doing well. He was very aggressive as we were in a time crunch and got the job done.

Danny is an outstanding realtor!!! He is very patient...explained everything in detail and kept me calm when I was worried... reassured me when I had doubts. Took time out of his Thanksgiving to do all of these things for me!!! Danny has been our Realtor twice now; the first time he came as the selling-side of a real estate team, the second time we sought him out for buying & selling due to our previous great experience with him.
His deep selling experience, great advice, and seemingly limitless patience with our millions of questions were the exact reasons why we sought him out the second time.
In both occasions of working with Danny he made us feel like we were the most important clients he had and was never too busy for our calls or questions. I couldn't recommend him highly enough for first time buyers either, he had an indescribable way of protecting us from some of the crazy ideas we had without making us feel as dumb as we may have been in the moment.
I absolutely hate moving, but if I ever needed to buy/sell a home again, Danny would be my first phone call.

Danny is an incredible Realtor! I decided to sell the house I had purchased from my parents that was my childhood home in Brownsburg. Everyone who has done it, knows that buying and selling a home at the same time can be stressful enough as it is. Danny was full-time Realtor and part-time therapist through the entire process on both ends of the transactions. Danny Klotz has been my realtor on two separate occasions. The first was acquiring a land plot for building in a new subdivision in Cicero IN. The second was in selling and closing on that home 6 years later. Both situations went super smoothly thanks to Danny. I absolutely cannot recommend him enough! He is super nice, professional, courteous, and is in constant communication every single step of the process. That is an invaluable trait when you are engaged in such a life changing situation such as building, buying, or selling a house. No detail was left unattended, and Danny checked and re-checked every step twice. He definitely goes the extra mile for each of his clients. I truly felt cared about, and any worries that I had during the process disappeared. Many realtors take their time in returning your calls or getting back to you when you need them, but NOT Danny!! If I could give him more than the allotted 5 stars, I would! Realtors like him are rare.....use Danny Klotz for your real estate needs!

The experience that my husband and I had when purchasing our new home was outstanding. When we found our home , Danny jumped right away to set up a walk through, guiding us on everything we needed to know to ensure that house was ours.

Danny is the best realtor out there! We had a realtor before Danny and ended up parting ways. He did not listen to us and wanted to take the first offer that came in ($15k below asking price) just to make the sale. Once we hired Danny, we could tell that he actually cared and listened to us. Danny did everything in his power to find the right people to buy our home, and we ended up selling above asking price 🙌 He then, turned around and helped us buy our dream home! Danny is very thoughtful, thorough, and diligent in his work and we could not recommend him enough!
