Working with Danny and his team (particularly his realtor Justin.), was a great no nonsense experience. Danny made a cross country move go so much smoother. He made arrangements on short notice to accommodate our short timeline to look at many homes. He assisted with our lender and title company. He even gave us some helpful information for home improvement specialists since we aren’t familiar with our new State yet. Danny was instrumental in the selling of our home. He came to the house before we were ready to go on the market and gave us advice on areas of the home to fix up. He was available for open houses when we wanted. He then helped us purchase a new home. We found our forever home in three days. Danny was constantly engaged with the other realtor and was able to provide us with timely updates. We couldn't have done it without him!

He made the buying (and selling of my old house) process very easy for me. I had very specific requirements to what I needed in my next house and he made sure to find the property I needed within my budget. He goes out of his way to make sure I had what I needed from him! Danny was the perfect fit for us buying our first hobby farm. He really had a lot of advice to offer and knew exactly what we were looking for since he has a hobby farm of his own. He educated us on the things first time buyers most likely don’t know and he even still checks in with us a week after closing to make sure we are doing well. He was very aggressive as we were in a time crunch and got the job done.

Danny has been our Realtor twice now; the first time he came as the selling-side of a real estate team, the second time we sought him out for buying & selling due to our previous great experience with him.
His deep selling experience, great advice, and seemingly limitless patience with our millions of questions were the exact reasons why we sought him out the second time.
In both occasions of working with Danny he made us feel like we were the most important clients he had and was never too busy for our calls or questions. I couldn't recommend him highly enough for first time buyers either, he had an indescribable way of protecting us from some of the crazy ideas we had without making us feel as dumb as we may have been in the moment.
I absolutely hate moving, but if I ever needed to buy/sell a home again, Danny would be my first phone call.

Danny is an incredible Realtor! I decided to sell the house I had purchased from my parents that was my childhood home in Brownsburg. Everyone who has done it, knows that buying and selling a home at the same time can be stressful enough as it is.
