Our transaction with mindy was a very tough one. Lots of moving parts were happening with this and it took a lot of work from all parties. We were ready to give up on this property multiple times. Mindy first got me the home of my dreams.. not to mention I was out of state, and now she helped me purchase a sentimental home that my grandparents & dad used to live in that was town owed. With multiple bidders, She knew exactly what to do to help me get it. I can’t thank her enough.
