Our family moved here from Indiana. We found our home on Zillow and made the decision to purchase the property without ever seeing it or stepping foot in Maine. However, Mindy was an amazing communicator when it came to navigating our family to complete the sale. Mindy responds quickly and made several trips onto the property for us. She also helped communicate with local contractors so they could come into the house prior to our arrival. Mindy went above and beyond to make this happen for our family. Her husband also provided a mowing service which allowed us to unload items into the buildings around the property. Mindy is a native and knows a lot about Madawaska and Aroostook County as she has lived her whole life. We look forward to continue working with Mindy as we settle in and acclimate to our new community.

Mindy was always on our side. She made it nice and smooth for our transition of moving out of state. She kept us up to date with text messages with showings, inspections, and anything else we needed. She actually was the one that saw a leak from the water heater while not in the house, called me immediately so we can take care of the issue with the company to come out to fix. She even went back to see if it was fixed. She has been a godsent while I was busy relocating my parents. Our transaction with mindy was a very tough one. Lots of moving parts were happening with this and it took a lot of work from all parties. We were ready to give up on this property multiple times. And mindy insisted we didn't. She was able to get the job done in the end, and we really appreciate her for that!
