Bonita went above and beyond to make my purchase easy. She answered all questions and took the lead on every single issue when dealing with a slightly difficult seller. She was truly full service. Coordinated everythung, inspection, survey and more. We alwys timely and followed up on everything before I even asked. Because of Bonits we were able to close in 20 days!! She even still calls to check on me
There aren’t very many people that I would recommend to anyone. Candace is in my TOP. The level of service she has is beyond. Anytime we had any concerns and or questions she always had a calming quality which helped us in making decisions. Candace was always available day or night. We loved working with her and will again in the future.

Buying my first home is something that I have put off for years, as the process was always something I found intimidating based on accounts I heard from family and friends. Candace Blue and her team (Joshua Kennebrew) made it so easy for me. I started working with them August 11, 2024 and I closed on September 20, 2024. I'm so happy to say that it was a straightforward process. The most difficult part was signing all of the paperwork at closing.
I told Candace that I wanted a one-story home in the Manvel area and she delivered a brand new home at a reduced cost. She knows her stuff!
What really confirmed how amazing she is happened a couple months later. A family friend came over to hang TVs, and I was telling him about my home buying experience (but I didn't mention Candace's name). Front the vert first point of contact with Victoria, it has been the most pleasant home-buying experience we could've ever imagined. Victoria listened clearly and she understood exactly what we wanted. We met on Friday and after a short weekend of property showings, we put in our offer on that Sunday; we were under contract on Monday. She was very communicative, and diligent in ensuring requests were met, closing was facilitated earlier than stated at our request and countless more positive efforts throughout this process.
