Danielle was my life line as I had to sell a house in Massachusetts while living in Florida . She found me an electrician, estate sale company and a clean out service . I don't' know what I would have done without her help. She even took on a first time buyer who wanted to purchase the house . Danielle took on both side of the sale and was able to keep both sides well informed as to what was going on. She was always ready to jump into action to get things done .

Danielle was a great agent to work with. I was forced with selling a house in Massachusetts while living in Florida. Tracy was so supportive from start to finish for our first home buying experience! We met Tracy at a first homebuyers event in Springfield and hit it off. She had excellent reviews from previous buyers and we felt she really listened to our wants and needs and catered to our preferences. She was extremely helpful working with our loan officer, lawyer and insurance agent, and had excellent communication throughout. We had a million questions through the process as this was our first home and she was amazing at finding answers for us or connecting us with the right people. Tracy kept touch through the entire process and was great about remembering small details. She even surprised us at closing with a gift that shows she takes time to listen and learn about us as individuals beyond just customers. When I first reached out to Savanna, I knew I wanted to move out with my partner, but we were unsure whether buying or renting was right for us. She worked with us to visualize what both options would look like financially, and we ultimately decided to go with renting.
She helped us find properties to apply for, really listened to the things we needed and wanted, and gave us good advice along the way. She was very responsive, easy to work with, and we couldn’t be happier with the place she helped us get.
I really appreciate her handling the communication between the other realtor/landlord, answering all sorts of questions, and making this process as smooth as possible for us. She even took photos of us so we could have memories of such an exciting milestone.
