When I first reached out to Savanna, I knew I wanted to move out with my partner, but we were unsure whether buying or renting was right for us. She worked with us to visualize what both options would look like financially, and we ultimately decided to go with renting.
She helped us find properties to apply for, really listened to the things we needed and wanted, and gave us good advice along the way. She was very responsive, easy to work with, and we couldn’t be happier with the place she helped us get.
I really appreciate her handling the communication between the other realtor/landlord, answering all sorts of questions, and making this process as smooth as possible for us. She even took photos of us so we could have memories of such an exciting milestone.
I had the best experience looking for my first home with my partner, and I cannot wait to one day buy a house. I’d absolutely love to work with Savanna again when that time comes!
