Andrew Bell, at NextHome Assurance Realty, is amazing! We moved from Northern Virginia and a realtor friend of mine recommended him for us. He researched and found multiple homes for us to look at, until we found one that was as near perfect as could be. His knowledge about home inspections and pointing out potential expensive issues, that a lay person wouldn't see in several homes we looked at was immensely helpful. He is patient and knowledgeable! He pointed out numerous points of interest to us to help us make informed decisions! He was extremely helpful in finding our new home, WITH A POOL! Not only did he help us find our home, his team helped with utilities setup and other useful community knowledge.

Al sold me my condo through Zillow, It was a great relationship from our 1st meeting. We kept in touch and three years later when I was ready to sell it, since I did not need it anymore he found a great 1st time home buyer who fell in love with my place and I know he will enjoy the condo as much as I did! This is the second time we have used Andrew Bell for our real estate transition. First time we used him was to buy our house in Jacksonville. We looked at over 30 houses and Andrew was very knowledgeable of the areas and homes we looked at. He was alway well prepared and up on the market trends that was happening in the area. Once we found our house, the application process and closing was seamless.
When we decided to sell our house there was no other realtor we wanted to assist us. The sell of our home was just as smooth as when we bought it many years ago. Andrew was on top of the schedule, inspections, and the closing documents. We closed earlier then expected and that was great. There was no surprises or delays.

Drew is the absolute best! I highly recommend him to everyone! We were moving from out of state and he went above and beyond for us in every part of the process.
