Andrew Bell, at NextHome Assurance Realty, is amazing! We moved from Northern Virginia and a realtor friend of mine recommended him for us. He researched and found multiple homes for us to look at, until we found one that was as near perfect as could be. His knowledge about home inspections and pointing out potential expensive issues, that a lay person wouldn't see in several homes we looked at was immensely helpful. He is patient and knowledgeable! He pointed out numerous points of interest to us to help us make informed decisions! He was extremely helpful in finding our new home, WITH A POOL! Not only did he help us find our home, his team helped with utilities setup and other useful community knowledge.

This is the second time we have used Andrew Bell for our real estate transition. First time we used him was to buy our house in Jacksonville. We looked at over 30 houses and Andrew was very knowledgeable of the areas and homes we looked at. He was alway well prepared and up on the market trends that was happening in the area. Once we found our house, the application process and closing was seamless.
When we decided to sell our house there was no other realtor we wanted to assist us. The sell of our home was just as smooth as when we bought it many years ago. Drew is the absolute best! I highly recommend him to everyone! We were moving from out of state and he went above and beyond for us in every part of the process. Andrew is a true real estate professional. Had the vision to see the potential in my property and recommend the best course of action to maximize profit. This vision to develop the property instead looking for a quick sale meant a long term commitment on his part that required him to put in significantly more developmental work than would be required with the typical sale. I am more than happy to recommend Andrew as a qualified real estate agent for your family. As this is a large investment we wanted to make sure our criteria were met and he did just that. We were comfortable in our two bedroom apartment until our baby girls arrival this last December. It was then, we realized that we needed a lot more room and space for our baby girl to grow in. Andrew has extensive knowledge of the market and suggested a few adjustments which helped the property sell quickly, which I needed.
