Michael was very helpful during the difficult time of selling my deceased mother's home. He did thorough market analysis, provided comps and helped me navigate through some decisions like price drops based on the changing market. He helped me understand the competitive landscape of selling an older home in a market full of new construction. Once under contract Michael helped me navigate through requested repairs and gave me contacts to have the repairs made quickly. He was direct and honest without being pushy though out the whole process. I reccomend him and will use him again.

Kevin Miller made this terrifying event amazing. I had lived in my home for 30 years, after loosing my husband the large amount of land became too much.
Kevin not only went every where we asked to see, he also made sure that my home was in top condition to sell. This gentleman goes above and beyond what any realtor would do.
