I cannot recommend Diane highly enough. Because I live out of state, I had to rely heavily on her judgment, professionalism, and dedication to restore and prepare my rental property for the market—and she exceeded every expectation.
Diane handled everything from selecting paint colors and coordinating repairs to overseeing the countless details involved in getting the home ready for occupancy. She and her husband spent an incredible amount of time at the property supervising contractors, checking on progress, and even doing some of the work themselves to help move the project along.
What impressed me most was how personally invested she became in making sure the property was completed properly and presented at its best. Thanks to Diane’s hard work, persistence, and excellent judgment, the house was successfully prepared for the rental market and leased to a quality tenant.
Honestly, I do not think I could have gotten the house ready to rent without her help. Diane did a great job assisting in my home buying journey. She was always readily available so I was able to see a lot of houses in a short amount of time. She would also answers any questions i had quickly. Once I found a house she was very helpful with the process getting all the inspectors arranged and ensuring the paperwork was getting done on time. She also gave good recommendations for vendors to do repairs after the inspections.
