Nisha and Sherri are the best! They helped me make upgrades to get the house ready for sale and made recommendations that allowed me to list it for top dollar. Their recommended upgrades were of minimal cost, as they were also mindful about eating into the proceeds of the sale. Once listed, the property sold in less than a week. I had to cancel the open house because of how quickly an offer was made and accepted. My former neighbors wanted to know who I used as my realtor because it felt like the "sold" sticker came with the "for sale" sign. Of course I told them that I only use the best, Nisha and Sherri! The GOAT's of Real Estate Sales!!

I can't recommend Sherri Sembly highly enough as my realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and the market- especially due to the fact that I had to list it at not the best time of year. From our first meeting, she took the time to truly listen and understand my situation, never rushing me or pushing for quick decisions- we really clicked. She understood my situation and developed a marketing and sales plan with a level of care that went far beyond just being a real estate agent. We had constant communication, and she always carried herself with kindness, and calm confidence. I always felt supported and informed. There is no quit in Sherri and worked as hard every day as she committed to me from the start. I was very happy with the sale price and couldn't have gotten there without her guidance.

This lady performed all tasks and is very loyal with checking on doors windows to be locked during visits and is very smart about home repairs and get anything done if you get in a emergency 🚨 she can get through when my pipes blow she acted quickly and got me reasonably help and checked on everything. She also made health accommodations for close and allow me to meet with her and the tittle co representative to sign off .

When I first met Nisha We were at the settlement table. She was the agent for the buyer who purchased my first property. LaKeta Burgess was amazing! My 82 year old mother hired her to sell her house Waldorf, Maryland. LaKeta was prompt in responding to all of my mother’s questions, concerns, and needs.
