I had an excellent experience working with my home loan agent. From the very beginning, they were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me secure the best possible mortgage. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.
Most importantly, they worked hard to find me the best interest rate available, which will save me money over the life of my loan. Their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy home loan expert. Thank you for making my dream of homeownership a reality!

Patience, tenacity, communication, and transparency.
You are in great hands with Nicole. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and stays up-to-date on trends. This is especially important in the current crazy market. Every suggestion Nicole made for us was gold and made selling our house, despite the challenging buyer's market, as painless as possible. She was 100% accessible and more than patient with us throughout the process.
Nicole organized multiple open houses and coordinated showings to find the right buyers. The contract and sales process were smooth. I highly recommend Nicole and her team, whether you are buying or selling (or both). You will not be disappointed.

Nicole Pitts went over and beyond to sale my home. She is the most kind hearted and understanding person that I have had the pleasure to be around. There is no one else I could have imagined working with to sale my home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that may be looking to sale.

When my father passed away recently I was forced to empty out a house and get it on the market. I had so much to do with very little help, but in stepped Nicole.
Nicole went above and beyond , helping me with anything and everything that needed to be done. The house sold quicker than I thought it would. I think it was only on the market about 11 days. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone that wants to sell a home. Great job Nicole!!!!

Nicole is amazing! She literally gives you her 100% attention and works so hard to make sure every little detail is taken care of. I can not recommend her enough. This is the second home we purchase with her assistance and looking forward to more in the future.

Nicole was wonderful. I had not purchased a home in several years so did not realize how times had changed! Nicole spend time showing me a variety of styles until I could definitively say what I wanted, loved! And she found me the perfect place. I could not have asked for a more perfect realtor.

Nicole is an amazing agent. She goes way above & beyond for her clients. I can’t thank her enough for all the extra help she gave us in trying to prepare the house for sale. We have sold several homes and never had an agent who did so much! I wholeheartedly recommend Nicole! She works so hard for her clients. Her knowledge of the market, rates, real estate rules is impeccable and she will do her best to get you the biggest profit possible! She also helped us with our new purchase and again got us the best deal on a new build home! She is there every step of the way thru the selling & buying process and makes sure she explains every step. You couldn’t ask for a more reputable & professional agent!!!
Thank you Nicole!

Nicole Pitts of NextHome is an excellent real estate professional. She goes above and beyond in her work for you. She gave us excellent advice about staging our home, she had a wonderful team of experts to do inspection reports and work, she helped us sell items in our home we no longer wanted. We happily got above the asking price of our home due to her expertise, and a quick closing. She always gets back to you when you call or text with questions that come up. Anyone would be happy to work with her. She does an excellent job!!!!! I give her a five star rating because she earned every star!!!!!!! Thank you, Nicole!!! You're the best!

Nicole was great throughout the entire process of selling our house. She was very professional and went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. She communicated every step of the process so we were always aware as to what was happening. I appreciate the care she took to make this process easy for us.
