My wife and I are out-of-state buyers. We found Patricia through our online house hunting. Since we could not make it to the property personally, she literally walked us through the house with her phone. She met our daughter there after hours. At closing, we were able to set everything up online. We had an easy and smooth interaction from the time we started the process until the day we closed. My house was a really hard sell, not because of Patricia but the economy, everything was off. When we did get a buyer, she helped that go through so fast.
