If I could use Polly for every home I buy or sell, I totally would, and actually, I have (four times!) Polly has been absolutely AMAZING every single time I’ve worked with her (twice buying, twice selling). Kelly was a great help in selling our home. We got a full-price offer from the first couple that looked at it, but they had some financial troubles selling their home in New York and eventually had to pull out of the purchase. Throughout the whole process, Kelly was proactive and her efforts allowed us to pull out that deal and put the home back on the market more quickly than we would have likely been able to otherwise. We were able to sell the home to another couple once it went back on the market, but they tried asking for way too many concessions. Kelly helped us arrange a deal that the buyers were okay with that didn't require us giving away too much to make it happen.

We began our search for our retirement home in March and while the home market has been up and down over the summer, the people working on the Currant Team were wonderful. We are now in the process of moving to North Carolina and could not be happier with our new home.

Kelly and Next Home are unquestionably the best. We've been working w/ Kelly for ~10 years, first with just a single rental property and now with a few spanning vacation rentals and long term rentals. Most recently, she worked w/ us through the sale of our primary residence at full ask w/ a number of unique considerations we wanted to make our transition easier.
