Selling my post-fire parcel was a well thought out, yet difficult decision to make. Having Melissa as my realtor helped make the transaction easier and less stressful.
Melissa was always responsive via text or call; she helped with questions and procedures that were new to me as a property seller.
She understood and had compassion for my feelings about loving the land and the memories of a happy life at that property.
Melissa allowed me to decide when it might be time to reduce my price and she did a fabulous job promoting/advertising the property's beauty and value.
Overall, Melissa made the process for me less painful in very many ways. I would (and have) heartily recommend her as a realtor to others in the regional market.

We were very happy that we selected Melissa to sell our home in Lake County, CA. First and foremost, she is a wonderful and fun professional who knows how to help reduce the stress of selling a home, making it a team effort. To begin, she set up an orientation meeting with us as first time sellers, explaining the steps we would take and helping establish a sale price in conjunction with optimal timing. Then she helped us prioritize what we should do to prepare the house for sale, and we set a realistic deadline to have everything ready to create a strong positive first impression for prospective buyers as soon as the house was listed. It only took an open house and a private showing for an offer to be submitted within days of the listing. After receiving the offer, we appreciated Melissa's attentive follow up efforts to navigate the escrow process, which in our case required special investigations in order to feel secure about how realistic the funding was. In the end, the sale and the purchase worked out positively for both parties due primarily to Melissa's attentive and timely input.

Sandy properly researched the maket for our home and recommended a price that would likely move it. She then worked to make sure any offers received were at or very close to our asking price. We got an offer immediately at our asking price. It contained a significant concession for the buyers agent. Sandy did no push us to accept, but we, as eager sellers, made our own decision to accept the offer. Throughout all the technicalities, disclosures and inspections Sandy was able to guide us as to what would work and what might be problematic. Her intuitive experience helped us avoid the kinds of outright conflicts that can easily derail the process. Our sale closed smoothly and we were on our way in what was near-record time. I would reccomend Sandy without reservation.
