First time home buyer on a VA loan. Kristina is very friendly and made this entire process as easy as possible. Every time I wanted to look at a house she was set and ready. When my wife and I were ready to sell our home in Spring Creek, we decided to interview real-estate agents to find the best fit for our needs. We scheduled 3 agents to start with. Sandra Velesquez was the 3rd Agent we spoke to and we both felt a great connection with her. Our daughter-in-law is a real-estate agent in Arizona and gave us a list of questions to ask the agents. We didn’t have to ask Sandra any of the questions, she covered all the info and more. She was very professional, and she really looked out for our best interests. She identified the comps and priced our home very accurately. Sandra took care of everything to put our home on the market. We were listed for less than a week when we had an offer.
