I recently was introduced to Adam through a good friend. I had a wild hair and "needed"to buy some property. Adam walked the property with me, wrote the offer almost as fast as I could decide I needed it, and then was ultra focused on us getting the property we wanted, for the right price, in a timely manner, right through closing. Adam did a fabulous job selling our home!!! He met with us a few times before listing and explained everything in detail. We listed at a very competitive price and the house had offers in days! He was transparent, timely and most of all communicated what was going on throughout the entire process. We had a few small hiccups with the home we were buying and Adam became our go to guy for advice. Cannot say enough good things! This guy is awesome!

Adam goes above and beyond to help you find a buyer and get them qualified. He is very knowledgeable of everything real-estate. We didn't realize we had to have an affidavit of affixture in order to sell our house and before we even signed with him, he did a title search and found it for us, that's one reason we decided to sign with him. We then also found a house we wanted to buy, and he lined everything up so both closings were on the same day and were hassle free. He is a great guy to work with. He will do whatever he can for you!
