Brian was amazing to work with on both the sale of our old home and now the purchase of our new one. He is super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and always quick to respond. He made the whole process way less stressful and really looked out for us. We felt totally taken care of, and still do. If you’re looking for a realtor, he’s your guy.

First, Brian is the best of the best. We can’t say enough great things about working with him. He helped my husband and I sell our first home, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. As first-time sellers, we had a lot of questions, and Brian was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. Especially being in a market that is not very seller friendly, this was so important.

He gave us honest advice, kept us informed, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. We went under contract in less than 48 hours and got more than asking, in a neighborhood that had an average time on market of 60+ days. Now you can’t control the market, but he did his research on comps, priced perfectly, and made sure our house was show ready. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

Realtors are not created equal. There has been a night and day difference in his communication and guidance, compared to our first purchase experience with another agent. I can say that, because he is also helping us with our second home purchase. He is certified in new builds, and boy has that made a difference this time around. I can’t tell you how important it is to have a realtor on your team, with your best interest in mind, that you can TRUST.

Brian was honest with us from the beginning on what we needed to do for repairs or prep to sell our home for the most money possible. What a great realtor she is! Our experience with Brian was TOP NOTCH! He initially helped us find a rental home over a year ago while we were saving up to buy. That process with him was so great, we went back to him when we were ready to purchase our own home! Little did we know that he'd help us find our home the first day of going to look at houses. From then until the day he handed us our keys, he was very hands on and supportive along the way, answering any questions, day or night, that would pop up. Not only does he know his stuff when it comes to real estate, but he was a wealth of knowledge when it came to inspections. We looked at some homes initially, and he was very honest and upfront with his advice. There was a particular home that we looked at, and he advised us not to purchase. He puts his clients above any profit he may make. This particular Home had an air conditioning problem as he could tell from the pipes outside. In addition, it had a scorpion infestation.

We ended up going with a new build and customized our dream home. He helped us with advice on the signing all the way to the mortgage and title papers. As a first time homebuyer, we knew nothing about the process and he looked over everything to make sure it was all in order.

Brian truly cares about every single one of his clients and would give them the shirt off his back if needed.

Jessica has been, hands down, the BEST realtor we have ever worked with. Her attention to detail and knowledge from our first call to our closing has been superb. She comes prepared for every meeting, guides clients in the right directions, and has recommendations/contacts for every part of buying a new home. She is a one stop shop when it comes to references (landscape, handyman, design elements, etc). She answered every question we had and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to anticipate the next step we needed. In short, Brian is a kind, genuine human being and great at what he does. He made the home buying process seem possible, when my partner and I worried it might not be, and it turned out that he was correct. Every step of the way he was fast, communicative, and answered any questions we had. He was thorough, brought possibilities to our attention that we hadn't considered, and kept our best interests in mind. He set aside the time to be there for us at the notary signing when he didn't have to be, and was ready to show us houses on short notice. There are not enough good things to say about Brian. I am so fortunate to have crossed paths with him in life and wouldn't have trusted anyone else to sell my house for me. I have no knowledge of real estate or how it works and Brian patiently answered every question, every text no matter when I sent it, every phone call where he just had to explain things in simple terms. He even assisted me with finding a realtor outside of Arizona to buy my new house after he sold mine, hooked me up with a great home inspector to get me prepared to sell my home quickly and got me the asking price in 14 days on an 80-day market. Buyer or seller, Brian is your guy! He answered all my questions and concerns day and night. My husband offered him a bigger commission after having to deal with me, but he turned it down!
