Liz assisted with the sale of my house and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! I weighed my options as far as selling/renting and she never pressured me to lean to one or the other. She was very thorough when providing pros and cons for both. The sale process was incredibly seamless, and she was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Liz was able to accomplish the unthinkable. In less than a year we were able to sell my home and move into a new build. She used creative marketing techniques such as a short video and was able to sell our home during a holiday weekend. During our final walk through of our new home Liz was able to identify things that would have normally been missed. She went to bat for me to get the things I wanted in my new home and had our back 100%. Liz is knowledgeable in the housing market game which is something you need during these times.

Liz is phenomenal. She really made the home-buying experience positive. As a first time buyer, I didn’t know much about this industry. We worked with Liz Gajewski to sell our home in Douglassville, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first week the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Liz’s incredible work. Liz brought in a photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created foot traffic and brought in buyers. Her marketing is top notch and can't be beat!
