Alex was very responsive and flexible throughout an extended homebuying process. I had switched the type of property and the area I was looking in multiple times and never received any push back or frustration, and I never had to wait long for a reply if I ever had any questions. Overall an amazingly smooth process!

Alex did an outstanding job in assisting with the sale of our home. He lives in and has sold a number of homes in the neighborhood so his market knowledge was key to setting the price competitively which enabled us to complete the sale in the timeframe we were looking for. Nick was amazing to work with! He took care of coordinating all the behind the scenes details and had beautiful pictures of our home taken. Once listed, we had multiple offers within a day. He helped us sell our house quickly (we accepted an offer within days and closed in 30 days) and made the process easy and stress-free. I would certainly reccommend using Alex van Grondelle for any and all real estate related needs.
